“Good location for me near the hospital .far from being worth the money I paid”

The hotel’s proximity to the hospital was handy and the reception staff were very nice. However, the price was outrageous. Breakfast was only decent at best; there was a large selection but nothing tasty, no black tea, and no omelette even though I was the only guest at 7:30 when breakfast starts at 7. The bread selection was very small.

The location near the hospital was convenient and the reception staff were welcoming. The price was outrageous. Breakfast was very disappointing; there was a great variety but the taste was only acceptable, and the desserts were dry. No black tea, only a large variety of green tea which I hate. On the first day there was no butter. The dining room opens at 7, but it was impossible to get an omelette even though I was the only guest. Additionally, the towels were hard and small – the body towel was the size of a big face towel and was uncomfortable.

“Une catastrophe”

The cleanliness was terrible, the service was nil, and the rooms were not ready for days. We had a problem with the bathroom door that collapsed behind my grandson, so we had to change rooms, and the new one was worse with a broken shower tap. When we arrived, we asked for a bed to be made, but they told us to fetch the sheets ourselves at reception and make the bed ourselves.
