They provide a water dispenser and the room is comfortable and spacious. The hot water system is tank‑based, so after the previous guest finishes showering you have to wait fifteen minutes for hot water; if you shower too long the supply runs out and the water cools, which is very inconvenient.

PERFECT stay and mattress for me—neither too soft nor too firm, a rare find. The hotel is close to the airport and only a few minutes’ ride to Kuta beach. Staff were helpful and the self‑check‑out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

The location was convenient for a one‑night stay near the airport. It was odd that no one was on site; you had to send a message, and replies were slow. The cleaning lady—who I assume—handed me the key; she was sweet but didn’t speak English. The room was fine, but a strong smell, like a toilet cleaner, filled it and gave me a headache. I managed to leave early the next morning, but my belongings carried that odor for two days.
