The staff were really helpful and always did their best when you needed them. However, the owners don’t seem to keep the property clean or well maintained—everything was broken, including the shower, air‑con, and oven. The pool turned green and dirty, and the shower water was brown. Both my girlfriend and I got Bali belly twice in a couple of weeks staying there, likely due to the dirty water.

The AC was noisy, the pool drained at night, the exterior wall needed repainting, and the lounge chairs were in bad condition.

The guys who run the villa really go out of their way to make guests comfortable, always with a smile. The villa is spacious, the beds come with mosquito nets, and the kitchenette has the necessary supplies; the air‑conditioning works fine. Every villa has its own pool, so privacy is truly excellent.

I appreciated how roomy the villa was and that it was spotless, with staff who were friendly. However, I was annoyed that construction was happening right outside my villa and the workers could see into my room; the noise from the construction kept me from relaxing during the day.
