The Family Room offers two box‑spring double beds and a crib, accommodating up to six guests. A work desk and a flat‑screen TV provide entertainment and connectivity. Climate control and a private bathroom with a shower are included.
The hotel was infested with bedbugs. I booked a single night for rest before my trip, but slept none of it. No alternative rooms were offered, and the city had none available, ruining my night. The property must stay closed until full sanitation is finished. I filed complaints with the Dutch Consumer and Market Regulatory Authority (ACM) and the NVWA (Nederlandse Voedsel‑ en Warenautoriteit).

The front desk owner was very lovely and the room was perfect.

The location. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my family, and sadly, our experience was very bad. During our stay, our towels and bed sheets were never changed, the bathroom bin was not emptied, and they did not even leave us toilet paper. The rooms were also very dark. We never saw the cleaning staff or anyone from the hotel service, so we could not report these problems. At night, we started feeling very itchy while sleeping. After a few days, we had bites all over our bodies. The itching was so bad that we had a strong allergic reaction and had to go to the emergency room for treatment. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for our whole family. We do not recommend this hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the possible bed bug problem are completely unacceptable
