The room offered all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, and the shower and bed turned out to be surprisingly good. However, there was noise from outside my room all night, and the office was not open 24 hours.

Nothing positive. Everything negative.

NA. The receptionist was very disrespectful and nasty. Asked me did I have a reservation. I told her No. She then said that she did not have any rooms available without checking in the computer first I went and made a reservation through booking .com And went back in. She said Didn't I tell that I had no rooms available? I replied that is not what it says on booking .com. I tried to show her my reservation. She would not even look at it. I stayed at the same location for 1 year. I never had any issue with the management there or receptionist. They were all respectful and kind. I will patronize your business again. I spent thousands with your company and will not ever recommend it to my family or friends. Also Was told that nothing will be done because this company doesn't care that their employees are nasty, rude & disrespectful to customers. I went to Wood Spring Suites University after leaving there. I highly recommend them Clean , beautiful rooms. They are a extended stay as well. They have a gym and laundry. Everything is inside. I really enjoyed my stay there! Excellent service & treatment from the receptionist she was awesome 👍
