We loved the houseboat—it was spacious and cozy, the bed was comfortable, Jules was a huge help and organized parking and everything else flawlessly. The quiet and view were fantastic; it felt like a personal kingdom. Knysna Waterfront and the surrounding area are genuinely beautiful. We recommend the oysters and shrimp at the 34 Restaurant. The downside: you can’t blow-dry your hair, which is a hassle for short‑haired women. We’re in our mid‑50s, and getting on and off the small shuttle boat was already a challenge for us.
