“Pleasant stay in a great sized room that was clean and warm”

Nice and pleasant welcome by Dave Room was a great size, it was very clean and warm Hotel was in a fantastic location. Only downside was there wasn't much of a view from the room, in fact there wasn't a view at all!!!

“Nice room let down by the bed”

The room was spacious with nice large windows (ground floor front room) it had the use of a microwave fridge with a tiny freezer attached. Small working TV and remote control. Nice bathroom nice towels nice bedding. What totally let this room down was the bed. When my partner and myself lay down we both dipped into the middle to the point we had to drag ourselves up using the sides to pull us up, it was horrific and obviously very uncomfortable, when I reported this to staff member they offered us a room at the back of the house which did not provide a microwave or fridge which was to late for that as we had been shopping and needed the facilities provided in the front bedroom, there was no other options given so we had to stay in the room for 2 nights, if there had been another quilt I would have slept on the floor it was that uncomfortable. Such a shame as we would not stay again unless there are new beds provided. The bed was awful and needs to be disposed of

Didn't have breakfast. There was no heating
