The room was adequate, but finding the place was difficult, the hotel was quite dirty and the reception was almost non‑existent; each floor felt like a separate hotel, the room we booked had a different name than on the website, it was quite noisy because of dogs, and the main issue was that breakfast was included yet we were still waiting for it, knowing that drinks were not included (which was not expected); furthermore the breakfast venue, the so‑called rooftop, was in a neighboring building, on the 5th floor without an elevator, was dirty, and was supposed to be open from 8h00 to 11h00, but when we arrived at 8h30 no one was there, and after several unanswered calls we were told it was 9h… overall not recommended, especially since we hadn’t seen the pyramids, obviously.
