The property had a lot of unwanted chairs and tables outside, people drinking and playing loud music, it wasn’t clean, and I didn’t feel safe.

When we checked in we received room 127. The first thing we saw were tools on the TV stand and a phone by them that was plugged into an outlet meant for a wall‑mounted phone; exposed wires were sticking out of a hole in the wall. The room looked unclean: the bathroom vent was dirty and falling off the wall, the bed sheet had a cigarette burn hole. I took the phone and tools out, and an older white guy in a white tank top—apparently a maintenance person—was walking by. I offered him the phone and he said “not my problem.” We went to the front desk where the lady who had checked us in was in the lobby. I showed her pictures of the issues. The maintenance guy walked in, and behind the counter the front desk lady looked at him and asked, “What’s going on with 127?” He replied, “Not my problem.” She then gave us room 128. Room 128 was cleaner but still had problems: several dead insects on the floor from a half‑inch gap under the door, filthy vents, a toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, a smoke alarm that went off during a shower, a towel that looked unwashed with stains, a fitted sheet that was inside out, a non‑working bathroom outlet with a flashing red light, and a light to the left of the bed that didn’t work. The only working outlet was the one over the desk.

Nothing about this place is pleasant! Drugs everywhere! Sheets and comforter had smoking holes in them. You had what looked like people were living there doing drugs. Its not a safe place to stay. We were on our phones immediately after arriving looking for a new place!. All the drug use that was happening! The place is run down. Needs new ownership and staff. Needs new everything
