My stay at this hotel was a letdown, mainly due to the lack of basic facilities and inconsistent customer service. While the location was convenient and some of the service staff were excellent, the rooms had a strong mildew smell and the front desk experience was often frustrating. I had to wait for the ironing board and request room cleaning, and when I checked out, I was told that I couldn't get a refund because it was Sunday - which seemed unfair and unprofessional.

“Sucked”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was ruined by the noise from the gym below my room. Every day at 5am, I was woken up by people slamming weights, and the rooms themselves were moldy and mildewy. The location was also inconvenient, which made it difficult for me to get around. The staff were fine, but the restaurant was convenient, which was about the only positive aspect of my stay.
