The response from room service was weak; requesting a specific item could take more than an hour to be provided.

The buffet was incredibly tasty, and I honestly recommend it for its cleanliness, service style, and delicious food; the buffet itself was excellent, though the price feels a bit inflated.

The place is good and the staff are courteous.

The staff were friendly and the nearby shops and Alrashid mall were convenient, but breakfast options were limited and the main road’s noise could be bothersome.
