We were told our booking was gone after a long flight from Colombia; the host claimed he had other reservations. We had to scramble for a new place and ended up back in São Paulo, missing Tomorrowland. Still waiting for a refund.

The place is close to my office and the price is fair, but there was no fan and I had to move to another room to get one. Sheets were missing, only a blanket, and there was no staff around.

The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured, with quick check‑in/out and friendly staff. The neighborhood was quiet. However, it was hot, the bathroom had a strong chemical odor that didn’t spread, and the electric shower struggled to stay lukewarm.
