The location is excellent, the room was comfortable, and the reception staff—especially Fernan and Sasmeta—were amazing, very helpful, professional, and friendly. At breakfast, though, the staff (except one supervisor) were unfriendly and unhelpful, giving off annoyed expressions, spraying and removing garbage while we ate, which made us feel unwelcome; they seemed eager for us to finish quickly and leave.

I liked the room and the location, which was close to my workplace, but most of the staff were not very friendly and there were not enough cups or tea and coffee supplies in the room.

The location was excellent for experiencing the city’s essence, close to bars and restaurants. The room was wonderful, spacious, and well‑divided. The breakfast was reasonable, not many options but sufficient. Check‑in at the reception was a bit difficult due to language barriers; although I speak English, the receptionist’s native language wasn’t English and she spoke too quickly, causing some important details to be lost in the conversation.

“I will never go there again!”

I was disappointed by the discomfort of the room and the constant whistling wind that persisted day and night. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist for the quietest room because I sleep poorly; she directed me to the 14th floor, but the plumbing pipes made noise all night. The windows also offered poor sound isolation, letting the traffic on the street be heard. The breakfast buffet was a joke—cold hard‑boiled eggs and a few pastries. The hotel is ridiculously overpriced for the level of service and food. I will never return.
