The location is good, but the accommodation needs several fixes. First, on some sites it’s advertised as if it were the Mercure Moema hotel, but it’s actually an apartment that shares facilities and has no affiliation with Mercure. The mattress is severely worn (very deep like a canoe) and the bed base looks almost collapsed—this must be checked urgently. There are broom cables under the bed. Other items in the room need repair: outlets have exposed wiring (internet and TV), the kitchen sink drains very little, walls have mold (behind the sofa), curtains and walls are very dirty, especially on the bedroom side. The tiny shower is hung on a screw. It’s a real horror show. Don’t get me wrong, the place has a lot of potential. I don’t know if you’re the owner, and with a busy daily routine I understand that sometimes inspections slip through. Take this comment as a contribution to your business.

However, I found the flat in need of some attention: there was no outlet by the bed, the curtains were dirty, the shower tiles had grime, the kitchen dishes were mismatched, and the glasses were all different, as if the leftovers were just thrown in.
