We love the location, but this week was sub par! Every morning there was constant hammering and construction. We had to move rooms from the 17th floor, where we paid extra, to the lower 14th floor. We still heard the construction, but customer service said there was little they could do from that point. They told us to write a review. So here it is! The facility is great…however if you want quiet you can probably find many more rooms for less than 2888.00 in Cancun at a different resort!
