“Hotel accogliente”
I liked the welcome, the availability, and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was good, but the menu photos didn’t match what was actually served.

The place is in a superb spot, the staff are warm, the breakfast is fresh, and the transfers and tours are superbly organized—Tràng was especially helpful and everything ran smoothly. The Wi‑Fi could have been stronger, but that didn’t bother us much.
