The staff were rude, and their rudeness was the main issue.
The room was pretty noisy, there were no curtains to keep the light out, and the bed was uneven, which made it hard to get comfortable.
The rooms were clean and the staff genuinely friendly, yet the street was noisy with passing cars and a nearby beer‑selling shop that kept the volume up.
