The staff were very cute and excellent service; everyone had a service mindset, making our stay perfect and relieving the fatigue from work. The breakfast was delicious, with a spicy southern flavor that pleased us. We stayed at the 2nd island resort, a 5‑star place on Pattaya beach, and the breakfast there was tasty and not overpriced for foreigners 😁. No negatives; everything was liked. There was some renovation work, so construction workers were a bit busy during the day, but it didn’t affect us. If you’re still choosing a resort, don’t miss this place; if you get a chance to travel, I’ll stay here again.

The spot is literally right on the beach, and they even include transport between the pier and the hotel. But the breakfast left me wanting – no fresh juices, and every time I asked for a mushroom omelette they said it was available but it never was. Pancakes and waffles also took a while to be refilled, and although there were plenty of staff, they seemed unwilling to work.

The team were fantastic, welcoming, kind and great with the kids. Getting into water sports was a breeze, and the free shuttle to Walking Street was a nice perk. The location lets you snorkel straight from the beach, which is perfect. Even with major construction and one pool closed, we still had the best time.
