Nami San, the owner, was incredibly kind and did everything she could to help us, even arranging English‑speaking transport for our bikes to Tokyo with a JAL ABC attendant. The bathroom was Spartan.

宿のスタッフのナミさんが最高！！！ とっても明るくて元気とパワーをもらえます！ ナミさんと話す、朝食の時間が大好きでした！ またナミさんに逢いたくて1ヶ月半後にここに泊まります。他のゲストとも交流ができ、素敵な大阪旅行の想い出になりました！ 胸を張ってオススメします。快適な睡眠、朝食と、素敵な出会いをありがとうございます。

I enjoyed chatting with the manager and other guests over breakfast, but the air‑conditioner right above the bed made it feel chilly.

The location is great 👍 but there is no elevator 🛗, so I had to climb five flights of stairs 👎. The room was small 👎, the mattress uncomfortable 👎, and there were no curtains on the bed for privacy 👎. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly 🥵, and people in the room came in drunk 🍻🍾🍷🤪 and talked at 3:30 am ‼️‼️. The kitchen area is combined with the front reception/lobby, looks tacky & dirty 😡. I had to leave this hostel at 6 am in the rain ☔🌧️ to find other accommodations ‼️‼️ There was no staff at 6 am ⁉️⁉️ When I returned at noon to complain, no staff attended to my needs ⁉️⁉️
