The spot is gorgeous and the décor is pretty slick. The team went above and beyond—especially Danica from the water park and Lydia at the front desk—making us feel right at home and smoothing out any hiccups. On the downside, the pools, including the water park, were chilly, the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and some services like à la carte restaurants, daycare, and babysitting weren’t available when we needed them.

The location is fantastic and the spread-out facilities kept the place from feeling crowded. The whirlpool area looked a bit worn, with broken steps that made it less appealing.

The buffet food was decent, the a‑la‑carte Italian was great, and the sister hotel’s restaurant down the road was tasty; childcare was excellent. However, options for small kids were limited, lunch choices (aside from the Italian) were underwhelming, and the swimming pools were quite cold.

מלון מאד מפנק, הצוות מקסים ואדיב ביותר. החוף נעים נקי ומאורגן למופת כמו כל המלון. מסעדות עם מאכלים טעימים, שירות יוצא מן הכלל. הכול זמין ונוח. החדרים מאווררים ומרווחים. בחוף ובבריכה שפע של מגבות וכסאות נוח. צל למי שמחפש צל. היה לא פשוט להתנהל בתוך חלל המלון. היה קצת כמו מבוך ולקח זמן להבין איך להגיע ממקום למקום. למי שהיו עגלות לילדים היה מעט מאתגר. לא ממליצה להשתמש בספא
