1 king bed

1 double bed
The place was beautiful, welcoming, and spotless, and I especially want to thank Giuseppe and Maria for everything.
“10/10 with excellent host.”
Choosing this apartment felt like a smart decision – I’ll explain in detail! It’s just a 10‑minute walk from Reggio di Calabria’s center, so exploring on foot is a breeze. Shops, restaurants, and everything else you could need are all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well kept. The bed is very comfy, and the linens are soft and pleasant, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. It has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with a few capsules, a kettle, and several tea bags. There’s also a minibar for drinks and a small amount of food; its storage is limited compared to a full‑size fridge, but that was fine for us. A really good café is just around the corner, about 50 metres away, open from early morning until late evening. A greengrocer sits on the ground floor, right on the corner, and plenty of shops within walking distance offer all kinds of food and everyday essentials. We especially liked how quiet and peaceful the apartment is. Another studio shares the same entrance, yet we couldn’t hear each other’s daily activities – no flushing, showers, TV, or other sounds from the other studio. So if you want to sleep peacefully and undisturbed at night, you’ll feel completely comfortable here. No noise from the other apartment disturbed our rest at all. There’s a shared terrace upstairs with sun loungers and a jacuzzi, which is a lovely extra space to relax. Plus, each of the two studios has its own private balcony, so there’s plenty of outdoor space too.
“perfetto”
Perfect location: in the center, 5 minutes on foot from the waterfront and the museum, yet quiet and with parking under the house. Ideal for me, traveling for work. The property is new, spotless, and the reception staff is super friendly; the owners helped me at every moment. The hairdryer works perfectly (a rare find in B&Bs), and they left coffee and something to eat. Highly recommended. Nothing to add.
“È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziam”
The building is new and modern, even though it’s inside a slightly dated building – a contrast that we personally found pleasant. When we arrived, we found a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift and some small touches we really appreciated, like the delicious bergamot candies. The property offers everything needed for a comfortable stay and, in some cases, even more. For example, on Ferragosto, a simple message left breakfast outside our door even though it wasn’t included in our package. That was a really nice and unexpected gesture that we liked a lot. We’re sorry we couldn’t try the highlight of the property: a beautiful jacuzzi on the “third floor.” Also, having stayed for 8 nights, we benefited from room cleaning and changing of sheets and towels, which made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. (And that was a thought from the owners). Overall, we really appreciated the care and attention given to guests – it’s those little details that make the difference. There isn’t really anything we didn’t like. If we had to point out a tiny flaw, it’s the many stairs: it’s about two floors to walk, but with luggage and especially being pregnant, the climb isn’t ideal. Also, the room is a bit small, but that’s a secondary detail compared to everything else.
“Vacanza a Reggio”
The room was clean and central. We stayed for 4 days and had a great time! Highly recommended! The host was exceptional!
