The staff is very warm, the setting is nice, clean, and the location is excellent! The shower was poorly functioning without a shower head and the room was not sound‑proofed.

The property is very conveniently located, with many shops and cafés nearby, a 15‑minute walk to the waterfront and the city centre. One drawback is the poor sound insulation; otherwise the price‑quality ratio is good.
