The hotel was spotless, roomy, peaceful, and had a unique vibe. Everyone on the team was super friendly and the service was top‑class, especially @CAROLINE at reception who was very polite and caring. Nothing to complain about.

Bar table service was poor. Toilet was too close to the wall. Shaver unit not filled exposing risk of water accessing electrics. Rooms cold. No heating on
