While staying here in January, I was pleased to find a nearby restaurant serving delicious khinkali, but my experience was otherwise disappointing. The hotel staff failed to respond to my messages, and I was unable to reach them by phone. Upon check-in, we waited for a long time for someone to arrive. Our family room was cold, and the heating only worked when we first arrived, so we had to sleep in our clothes.

Unfortunately, my family and I had a terrible experience at a guesthouse. We had informed them in advance that we were traveling with a child, but when we arrived, we found that there was no heating in the room. The air conditioning and heating units weren't working, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, there was a constant dog smell in the room, which wasn't a major issue until we were freezing.

My stay here was clean and met my expectations for the price, but I did experience some issues. The room was quite cold, and the hot water was barely warm.
