“Very friendly”

Despite an unexpected power outage in the area, the management at this hotel were extremely apologetic and did their best to accommodate me. Although they couldn't use generators due to noise concerns for the neighbors, I appreciated their efforts to make things right. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive.
