“Noted roaches crawling on the bathroom floor ruined my entire stay. I was overall creeped out.”

The location is great, right next to the medical center, but I found several roaches in the bathroom while using the toilet.

The place is spotless, yet the TV bracket in my room fell off, and the bar didn’t have any Woodford Reserve.

The spot is spot on if you’re heading to events at the Kia Center, but the rooms could use some upkeep: the toilet paper holder is loose on the wall, the shower grout looks dingy, and the door lock isn’t fully secured to the trim. The hallway smells off, and the lobby water fountain leaves the floor slick and wet.

“Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.”

The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the free shuttle to the Kia Center was a nice touch. The drinks at the bar felt a bit pricey, though.
