The hotel is optimally located for excursions around Rathen. The hotel staff are pleasantly friendly and very attentive! Breakfast leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The room is surprisingly quiet despite being close to the train station, I didn't expect that! Overall absolutely recommendable!! The fact that my days passed so quickly… :) Unfortunately, due to weather some areas were not accessible, but that's how nature is.

The hotel sits in a very central spot, so you don't really need a car. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly, but the room was very small and faced the courtyard. It wasn't very comfortable, only the essentials were provided, so the value for money was rather poor.
