“Disappointed”
The rooms were clean and the food tasty, especially the breakfast, and the staff were courteous. The hotel offered a pick‑up and drop‑off to the station. However, the rooms were in poor condition: the bedroom light flickered when off, bathroom taps were slightly rusty, so I had to move to a smaller room. Ongoing renovation outside kept us up in the afternoon, which was tough for us seniors. The hotel’s policies were odd—check‑out at 10 am is unusual for frequent travellers from India and abroad, and the pool required wearing a T‑shirt in the swimwear, with unclear sanitation. We also couldn’t swim because the pool was open to outsiders and staff could enter next to it. Only vegetarian food was served because of Navratras.
