I liked the architecture and the decorations. The daytime staff aren’t very friendly; some curtains in the room were dirty with a little mosquito blood, and the shower inside the bathroom was very damaged. It feels like they do the job just to get it done, missing small details that are visible.

The facilities, staff, cleanliness, location, and the great pool are all excellent. Everything is fine.

The location is great, walking distance to the tourist pier, the Love Falls, good nearby restaurants, and the hotel’s own restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and the hotel lobby is very pleasant, though a bit of paint is needed in the rooms, which is acceptable for a non‑luxury hotel in Bahia Solano.
