The bar staff were really friendly and created a lovely warm atmosphere. Loved the paintings and furnishings and the rooms were so comfortable. Top notch to everything. Nothing

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, everything was fantastic. Our room was immaculate and we slept like never before, and Leona—if that was her name—was incredibly friendly and helpful when we arrived. There was nothing we disliked.

The Bishop's restaurant was amazing, but there was no menu in the Guinness Bar for food or snacks during the day.

The décor was stunning and the gardens were gorgeous; I loved being able to scan QR codes to view artwork.

We really enjoyed the Cashel Palace, the staff were very helpful, and dining at the Buttery was a highlight. When we arrived, the staff told us to go to the terrace for lunch but then denied us lunch because it was 3.30pm; concierge Michael stepped in, arranged lunch for us, and gave us a complimentary drink. The service and management handled the situation excellently.
