The hotel sits in a residential, green area not far from the city center, but given the setting I expected more; the value for money was poor, the place needs renovation, the staff are individually pleasant but poorly managed, we weren’t warmly welcomed, and we had to wait for every requested service—this 4‑star hotel doesn’t deserve its rating.

The room we stayed in was spacious, the staff were polite and helpful, it was close to the golf course, the facilities overall were very good, and the restaurant was excellent, but the bathroom was old and uncomfortable, lacking shower glass or a curtain and quite messy to use, the drain smelled, and this does not match the price we paid.

Breakfast was very good, but the room was too small, had synthetic bedding, was too warm, and there were many mosquitoes.

The location in nature near the golf course was refreshing, the beautiful English‑style architecture, cozy rooms, refined and plentiful breakfast, the Friday evening music and apéritif platter we were offered was very nice, Saturday night dinner was delicious, the staff were smiling and professional, perfect for a weekend recharge, but the loud door slamming by the cleaning staff early Sunday morning was a drawback that needs improvement.
