“Poor value for money”

I was impressed by the freshly cooked food and the friendly staff, but the TV had no signal and there was no Wi‑Fi. The TV itself was tiny and mounted close to the ceiling, and when I mentioned the issue to reception they simply shrugged and said it might work later, which it never did. The bed and floor felt uncomfortable, and the car park was a mess with broken glass everywhere.

The Staff.The food was excellent Clean and comfortable. Expensive.No lift to upper floors.Only fit for overnight stay

“Das Hotel hat alle meine Bedürfnisse bei meinem Aufenthalt gut erfüllt.”

The breakfast was good, varied and plentiful. When I arrived, a cup of tea was offered right away because my room wasn’t ready yet. All my questions were answered politely and helpfully. Nothing else to note.

“Outstanding”

Michelle, Ann and all the ladies on the team were absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond to help us and even arranging an extension of our stay for two extra nights without moving rooms. I can’t praise them enough and I can’t wait to return! (We actually stayed four nights, not two as the review says.) The only issues were the small shower and the hot water’s inconsistency, which made it hard to keep the temperature steady.
