From the balcony we could see the bay and the infinity pool looked amazing, and the apartment was roomy, but we had to climb 136 steps to get there—something we knew beforehand. The balcony door was broken and couldn't be shut, which made it a bit chilly and raised security concerns, and there was no safe box. The kitchen was under‑equipped: no kettle, a very slow hob, and generally poor facilities; the communal kitchen was only marginally better, yet we had paid extra for the studio. The toilet leaked and the bathroom floor stayed wet. On the third day the welcome host didn’t recognize us and asked if we had a reservation. A dead mouse was found in the doorway to the balcony during our stay, and we were offered a free breakfast after reporting it. The owner tried to fix the door on the last evening, but the repair failed; I asked them to leave after an hour and a half because we needed to pack.

The place felt authentic, the reception was extremely kind, the view was breathtaking, and the terrace was lovely. The pool was a bit cool for the season but offered an exceptional view. We would love to return one day to this small haven of peace.

The view! Incredible view that makes you forget the 117 steps… unbeatable price‑quality ratio. Single room, very good shower. Bring mosquito repellent. The breakfast was generous but low quality (powdered orange juice?) served by very pleasant staff.
