“Terrible, don’t stay here. Not worth the price at all”

Bike hire was available across the road and the staff were friendly, but the room had no hot water, holes in the floorboards and walls, an unfinished bathroom, hair and stains on the sheets, a door that wouldn’t close properly so we couldn’t lock it at night, terrible air‑conditioning, a green pool, water‑damaged timber from the top of the bathroom doorframe that fell on my head, a strong cigarette smell, and an uncomfortable mattress. Definitely not worth the price.

I was given a room without a key. In other words, I couldn't lock my room! And there was no front desk there. It's pretty hard to get in touch with someone

“Had no hot water. Pillows with blood stains. Loud work being done late at night. Huge mess around with trying to get our”

Cleanliness, facilities, noises, lack of planning, lots of messing around changing rooms, basically forgot we were coming and they had to move people out of other rooms to put us in there, ended up moving us to a different hotel owned by the same company

“Horroroso”

Nothing about the place appealed to me at all; the room was filthy, looking more like a shack, and the bathroom was a nightmare—covered in grime, full of limescale and swarming with bugs. Doors and windows wouldn’t stay shut, so each night a couple of wasps slipped in and we had to kill them, while early‑morning music—probably from a religious ceremony—blared and woke us up. Ants were everywhere, and the overall dirtiness was disgusting, especially when trying to lie down on a bed infested with insects. The staff were pleasant, but they had little choice. We left earlier than planned after a power outage forced us to wait, and there was no hot water, likely because the massive limescale blocked it.

The staff were, as always, very friendly and had an amazing vibe, but the facilities and cleanliness were terrible—there were more than 10 bees in the room and the place was full of bugs.
