“Expectated more for the price”

The wifi was good and the staff were very friendly, they supplied safe and hot water. Mornings were very noisy, like a nearby school, with a lot of drumming sounds. The room had a weird odor and sometimes sewage smelled from the bathroom; the sink had no pipe so water fell to the floor. The room was very small – I was alone, so I don’t see how two people could manage. The location was fine for me but it’s a 15‑minute walk to the center. I saw a few cockroaches around and it didn’t feel very clean overall.

“Boek dit hotel niet!”

The shower was warm, but it was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, with cockroaches everywhere – do not go.

“Худшее место в Берасгати”

I stayed at this place and it was a nightmare. The rooms were ancient, filthy and swarming with insects. If you stay here, expect a beetle to land on your face at night and the manager will just say sorry. No mosquito nets were provided. The bed linen was dirty. The price was inflated. When I ordered chicken noodle soup, they charged for the noodles and the chicken separately. I never got my coffee. The staff doesn’t speak English. They promised better service when I arrived. I left after the first night even though I had planned to stay three. The manager refunded only for one night. Don’t repeat my experience and don’t come here!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, even assisting us with ordering a coffin and translating. The location is bad on foot; after dinner you have to walk through alleys with barking dogs and along a main road. As a woman, that’s not very pleasant.
