The Isolano, Adults Friendly Resort

You can see what the rooms, views, spa and other aspects of a hotel look like from the Booking photos, but you can never get a feel for how a place treats its visitors. The Isolano is a pleasant surprise in that regard. I’ve traveled to Croatia countless times over the past 30 years, and this is the first hotel that prepared a FREE CAKE for my partner the moment they heard she was celebrating her birthday. Mrs. Tamara at the reception desk organized it after we briefly mentioned the celebration. That’s what true hospitality looks like—going out of their way to make guests feel special and the stay feel incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was special from the first to the last minute. We were greeted warmly and attentively upon arrival. The overall ambience is stylish, elegant, yet pleasantly warm and inviting. Our room impressed us: tastefully furnished, spotless, high‑quality, and full of detail. The comfortable bed and calm atmosphere gave us wonderfully restful nights. The service deserves special praise; the whole team was always friendly, attentive, and professional, and everything felt personal and authentic—exactly that combination makes the stay extraordinary. Breakfast was excellent: a wide selection, fresh, high‑quality products, and very appealing presentation. Each morning became a small pleasure. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay and enjoyed the time to the fullest. It’s the many small touches and heartfelt hospitality that make this hotel special. A house with style, quality, and genuine warmth. We’ll gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful time! The wooden home trainer in the fitness area no longer works properly.

“Udany pobyt na Cres”

The hotel is beautifully located with a great view and very friendly staff. The breakfasts are very good. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. The beach right next to the hotel is excellent and the surroundings are well maintained. And most importantly, the town itself is very beautiful and charming. Nothing major, but small details could use improvement. In the gym, the cups didn’t work, the water didn’t flow, and some equipment would need maintenance. It happened that our room was forgotten during cleaning. That doesn’t change the fact that it’s a very good hotel.

“Ein wunderbarer Platz um sich - auch in nur 3 Tagen - gut zu entspannen.”

From arrival to departure, the service was unobtrusive yet attentive and courteous. Reception staff and others throughout the service are competent and helpful. Unfortunately, the fine details of cleanliness sometimes fall short. The toilet seats aren’t well secured, and from day one, spider webs were clearly visible on the balcony. The beautiful wooden chairs and the restaurant’s fan arms are unfortunately visibly dusty.
