“Sogno!”
The bungalow over the water with sunset views was MAGICAL! We also noticed it was the calmest spot in the resort and offered more privacy.
The staff—except for manager Kevin—were very friendly, especially the pool team. We chose this resort for our honeymoon expecting a peaceful luxury experience, but it felt like a construction site. Much of the property was closed for ongoing work, the tennis court was a staging area for heavy equipment, and construction noise was constant across the resort. This isn’t the luxury experience guests pay for, and the hotel should have been more transparent about the extent of the construction before we booked. Charging full price while such significant work was happening is simply unacceptable. The only bright spot was the staff, who were genuinely kind and welcoming, especially at the pool. Unfortunately, their excellent service couldn’t offset the disappointment caused by the construction. The manager, Kevin, was not helpful in addressing our concerns.
“Estancia memorable”
The staff were always friendly with a lovely smile. The rooms and facilities were comfortable, and you could snorkel right at the hotel, seeing beautiful fish and getting all the gear for free. Biking around the resort was a charm. Everything was well planned and very comfortable for a memorable stay in Bora Bora. I didn’t find anything that displeased me.

We enjoyed the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, the view was dominated by a crane, there were construction works everywhere with constant jackhammer noise, and housekeeping entered the rooms as late as 9 pm.
“Perfect stay in paradise is in overwater bungalow with pool at Conrad”
The overwater bungalow with a pool and uninterrupted ocean view was amazing. Coral access and snorkeling spots were easy to reach, and the property felt calm and simple, not a huge overwhelming resort. It’s luxurious yet focused on the natural scenery and lagoon. After a jet‑ski tour around the island, I think The Conrad is the top choice. The price is steep—you need to be able to afford it—but it’s still worth it.
