“Preporuka za porodičan odmor”
The location is great for a family holiday or if you need peace and quiet. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The spa area is well maintained and clean, with staff who are very courteous and proactive. The aqua park is located just below the hotel, so you don’t need a car, which is handy for a family getaway. The city centre and promenade are a 10‑minute walk away, where you’ll find an adrenaline park, various programmes, restaurants and cafés – everything is close yet you still have your own oasis of peace.
Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.
The hotel staff and spa centre are clean 10‑k. The rooms are clean, maintained regularly, and the location is perfect: a 10‑minute easy walk from the centre of activity and 50 m from the Raj aqua park. The only criticism concerns the restaurant offering. The food was tasty, but there were some shortcomings: alongside soups and stews, no cooked pasta/rice/browned toast was offered; for breakfast there were no jams available, and with the fish no sliced lemon was provided.
The apartment is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly. The relaxation room is phenomenal. The carpet in the living room wasn’t clean – there were some stains on the fabric. The food was not of poor quality, but the selection was very limited.
