The buffet was fine, but we had already stayed 2‑3 times before and were satisfied until this visit. A construction site was underway because a sauna was being expanded, yet no one mentioned it at booking or check‑in. Quiet only on Sundays, which is a pity because you want peace and relaxation on vacation. The staff at the sauna counter were not as friendly as in previous years. The beds were quite hard, so we had different aches each day. The sheets, towels and bathrobes were not really clean this time. I mainly complained about the noise, and they offered a sorry and a voucher for the cafe or sparkling wine. We didn’t feel heard; we were told to book directly next time instead of through Booking, which we already knew. Thank you anyway, because neither at reservation nor check‑in was anything mentioned. The website also says nothing, so booking directly is pointless. We found it only through a special search with ChatGPT and careful searching. Later we saw several people with cheap vouchers. Otherwise we were satisfied, but why do they have to do a construction site in summer? Couldn’t it be done in winter?
