I have several points to discuss: 1) The hotel is very well located, the facilities are excellent, and because the area is a tourist spot (sun, beach, heat) it would be very useful to have refrigerators in the rooms or at least offer them as an additional service. 2) All staff were very attentive and friendly; I truly appreciate them, it’s nice to stay with you. 3) I would like them to be a bit stricter with guests using the pool; I saw clients with several glass liquor bottles close to the pool edge, and even beer cans gave a bad impression (a few or two cans don’t matter, but I saw more than 15 cans near the poolside). The hotel should target a certain level of clientele (even family groups). 4) At the front of the hotel there is a boulevard that is not being utilized to its huge potential; the beautiful natural scenery should not be obscured by poor urban planning. The food stalls with informal awnings and outdoor cooking equipment look terrible; these are not aspects the hotel needs to improve but rather raise awareness with the authorities. If the boulevard: (1) has well‑presented food stalls, (2) respects walking spaces, (3) has good lighting and cleanliness throughout, (4) keeps speakers at a reasonable volume, and (5) has police presence, the volume of tourists visiting these areas will increase significantly year‑round. This example of the boulevard should apply to all tourist zones in the city. As a father, I love the beach, and when these conditions are met, my family will visit every year.
