The facilities were nice and the staff friendly, but there was no restaurant service and no hot water. The neighboring hotel played music at full volume until 6 am on two consecutive nights, making it impossible to sleep.

The staff were incredible, always attentive throughout my visit; I commend them. The pools could use a bit more cleaning, and a 24‑hour food service would be appreciated.
