The front desk was friendly and patient, and check‑in was swift. My room was spotless and the zero‑pressure mattress was very comfortable. The staff responded promptly to all our requests, and we received free fruit and small gifts during the holiday, which my child loved. The location is great, so I highly recommend it for travelers to Guangzhou.

The service was quick and attentive, with every question answered carefully at the front desk. The room had all the basic amenities and excellent soundproofing, making the stay very pleasant. The facilities functioned well and the location was superb, so it’s definitely worth a visit!

The room was surprisingly spacious for the price, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly. A dead cockroach was still there the next morning, and the bathroom hadn’t been scrubbed, leaving grime behind. The bedding and towels were changed, yet checking in took about half an hour.

Breakfast was offered. The staff did not speak English, bar items couldn’t be added to the bill, and the restaurant was closed in the evenings.

Reception staff were very helpful. The hotel’s surroundings were beautiful, and the elegant French style was pleasing. I recommend everyone to stay here, and the room was spotless.
