The location is good with many restaurants nearby, and the courtyard is nicely planted and maintained; however, around the bathtub there was black mold on the tub and walls, the water was either boiling hot or cold with no middle option, the furnishings were clearly old and mostly broken, and when my wife asked in the local language the previous day if early checkout was possible, the reception was occupied; on departure no one was there, so after waiting and calling we had to leave the room key on the counter and walk out.

The property is easy to find and parking is good with an adjoining multi‑story attached, but the TV was very dated, we had a linked room, the door has poor sound deadening between rooms, and we suffered a lot from excess noise from next door.

The staff were friendly and the rooms stayed spotless, all for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster. It was tres bruyant, with rooms that communicated, no hot water, and no breakfast served. It was a real letdown.
