The place is in a good spot and reasonably priced, but I found a dirty sock in a room that wasn’t mine, the toilet seat was stained (I cleaned it with a toilet roll and water), and aside from the breakfast waitress, the other staff seemed reluctant to be there or to serve guests.

I booked and paid on the site, but when I called the hotel to ask about airport transport, they claimed the hotel was fully booked—yet the site still showed availability. My refund request was denied, and the hotel didn’t update its “fully booked” status online.

The staff were attentive and the room was close to the reception, but the fridge in the room made a lot of noise.
