The front desk and daily cleaning were good, yet the hotel feels like Velhotel: the facilities are terrible, furniture is warped, doors are jammed, the room smells bad, the AC is loud and stinky, and it’s unclear if the bed was ever sanitized; the sheets are damp, the mattress is uncomfortable, and the overall odor is unpleasant.

The coffee and staff service were fine, but the room had a strong mold smell, the lighting was dark with no white lights, the front door creaked so loudly that a neighbor complained, and the mold odor was the worst part—definitely not worth paying for again.

The staff were friendly, the common areas and breakfast were very good, yet the room was quite deteriorated with some broken furniture.

The hotel works well for events at Parque Olímpico, like Rock in Rio, but it needs maintenance; the bathroom lighting was all broken.
