The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. However, the carpet and curtains could use a makeover – they weren't very clean. I asked to be placed on the quieter side, away from the lift, but ended up next to it on the front floor where traffic noise kept me up all night. I had to send two messages before someone responded.

Everything worked well. The only problems were the location, cleanliness, and the staff.

The bar and restaurant were decent. The rooms were dirty, with torn carpet, a stained sofa bed arm, and curtains that were far below what you'd expect for the price – overall very poor.

The location was great and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the bathroom and toilet were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, and there were plumbing problems.
