Nothing was good. From the start, no one greeted me; I had to search the dark hotel for the reception. Cleaning only happened on request, and water wasn’t refreshed after cleaning. Shampoo wasn’t provided until I asked. Breakfast required me to find the cook and wait for him to prepare everything; it was also thin. One day a staff member didn’t bring me bread, saying it was out of stock, just ignoring the issue. No juices were available. The room’s cleanliness was lacking, with a very dirty carpet. It was unbearably hot, so I had to turn off the radiators myself. The room was outdated, even a part fell off. There was only one hanger in the bathroom, and towels were stored in the closet at the entrance, which was inconvenient. There was no proper chair or table, the lights couldn’t be dimmed, and the layout was poor—nothing nearby and it felt very dark, making me uncomfortable. The staff tried to avoid interaction, and the reception never stayed in place. I was deeply disappointed and didn’t get any rest or comfort for the money.

“MUST to stay with kids because of the pool”

I really loved the pool, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly—always welcoming and genuinely happy to help with advice at any time. The bed was too firm, though.
