The front desk staff were extremely rude. The last time I stayed there, my fiancée almost fell through the floor, and we thought it was just one bad room, so we decided to try staying there again. The front desk people were rude and cancelled our reservation without reaching out. They tried to pull out money even though it said we pay at the property, which we did before, and they never tried taking money out when I called to see why they did that. She was very rude and said that’s policy. I asked why give us the option to pay at the property then try taking money out—mind you, we had the money; it was just in our savings. But they cancelled our reservation, so we had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend.

“Front desk should be open to meet the guest needs”

There was no breakfast served and no ice machine on the property. It smelled like mildew, roaches were crawling on the walls, and the housekeeping man was mopping without wet floor signs, so anyone could slip and fall. After hours, the phone was only for emergencies, and I couldn’t get extra towels because the front desk was closed.

“Very bad hotel very dirty glad I didn't get a room”

I was banned from the hotel without a reason. I was told to email them if I had any concerns, but there was no telephone number to call.

The location. The whole stay of the hotel, it smelled awful. It was a lot of parking lot activity going on. In the back of the hotel tiles in your room were not clean. It was a dog next door to us that barked all night long
