The staff were extremely friendly and even helped us find a safari driver for Amboseli, which we really appreciated. The hot water in the room was a bit weak, the toilet was broken, and the overall facilities were rather simple.

The lodge staff are friendly, helpful, and kind; the pool is nice for a cold dip after a dusty safari day, and we loved the evening bonfire. Even when we had a problem in the middle of the night, someone was there to help. The view of Kilimanjaro from the terrain was great. We stayed in the family suite, which is big with plenty of space, but it’s one of the oldest accommodations they have; with a bit of love and care it could be even better.

The whole staff treated us well, and the transfer facilities from Nairobi and for the safari were convenient. The room was super large, almost like a house, and the location was perfect for visiting Amboseli. It’s a lodge on the outskirts of town, which isn’t great for nightlife, but inside it’s simple yet pleasant.

Our stay at this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We were provided with a very comfortable and spacious chalet featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room, and the view from our chalet was breathtaking - the majestic Kilimanjaro right in front of us! The hotel boasts a large, impeccably clean pool, which was a perfect spot to cool off after a day of safari. We also arranged for a friendly and knowledgeable safari guide through the hotel at a very reasonable price.
