We loved this hotel. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. The owner John and his staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They do provide food and beverages which was wonderful. Sitting in there outdoor seating area and looking out at the ocean was spectacular. The closet in the bathroom needs a little cleaning - spider webs, etc., normal things you see in Nicaragua. :) It didn't impact our stay at all
